In order to place your child’s name on the waiting list after he/she has been born:
- Please submit your PayPal application fee payment ($40 fee).
- When completing the PayPal payment process, please click “Add” next to the “Special instructions to the seller” field. Then enter your child’s full name (first and last) and the year you wish to have them start.
- On the confirmation email, in the top right corner, there is a Receipt Number that you will need to submit the Application form below.
- The Membership Chair will not process any application that does not show a completed application fee. The application fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee placement.
- Submit the application form below.
- Please send any changes to your contact information that occur between now and your child being enrolled at Sutterville Preschool.
Any child to be enrolled in the fall semester must be 3 years of age on or before September 1 of the year they attend school. Children who are at least 2 years and 9 months by September 1 may enroll with approval from the Director. Children may be enrolled at Sutterville Preschool for a maximum of two (2) years.
Each child must present evidence of adequate immunization against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (DTP), measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), hepatitis B, varicella (chickenpox) and Haemophilus influenza, type B (HIB). This is to protect every child and family attending Sutterville. A copy of your child’s immunization record must be provided to Sutterville prior to your child attending school.
You will be placed on the waiting list according to the date your application and payment are received. Both participating and non-participating (child only attends) positions are available. When your child’s name nears the top of the waiting list, you will be contacted by telephone and informed of the positions that are available.
The Membership Chair will contact families for the Fall of the school year you designate below between January and September of that year. If you will be on vacation during these months, please notify the Membership Chair in advance so that she/he will not bypass you if she/he is unable to reach you.
Applications are filed according to receipt date. Enrollment is available without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, or ancestry.
All application forms must be accompanied by a $40 application fee paid via the PayPal button below. You will receive a confirmation email via PayPal once the payment is processed and another from Sutterville Preschool once you have successfully submitted the application form.
